Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate IT Lecturer to deliver high-quality training in information technology. The successful candidate will design and implement curricula, teach courses in various IT disciplines, and guide students or trainees in developing essential technical skills for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging instructional materials in the following IT-related courses such as:

• BSc (Hons) Computer Science
• BSc (Hons) Cyber Security and Forensic Computing (Top-Up)
• MSc Artificial Intelligence

You are required to:

• Conduct classroom, virtual, or hybrid instruction.
• Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and practical projects.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and certifications.
• Prepare lesson plans in line with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Offer individual support and mentorship to students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Participate in curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.
• Ensure classroom technology is functioning and accessible.

Qualifications:

Required:

• For MSc AI course: Minimum Master's degree in related field with 5 years of teaching experiences
• For Bachelor courses: Master's degree in related field OR Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology with 5 years of teaching experiences
• Teaching experience in related courses.
• Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
