Key Responsibilities

\t• \tGather, analyze, and validate business & system requirements.

\t• \tPerform business process mapping and document workflows.

\t• \tPrepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), flow charts, logical diagrams, and system documentation.

\t• \tWork closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

\t• \tContribute to process improvements and solution enhancements.

\t• \tCollaborate with development teams using SDLC methodologies.

Requirements

\t• \tMinimum 3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst or Business Analyst.

\t• \tStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

\t• \tProven experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and process mapping.

\t• \tMinimum 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) software development/architecture.

If not CC&B, candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the Oracle technical stack (web server, middleware, application, database data flow & design) will also be considered.

\t• \tExperience working with Azure Cloud platform.

\t• \tStrong communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.
