• Lead ERP Projects & Support: Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT application projects, especially SAP implementations
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and optimize Power BI and Workiva reports/dashboards to support financial reporting and decision-making.
• Collaboration & Liaison: Coordinate with external service providers and serve as the main liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors for system requirements and issue alignment.
• Documentation & Training: Create system documentation (processes, guides) and conduct user training to maximize effective utilization of financial systems and tools.
• System Oversight: Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation especially SAP and configuring financial modules.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for report generation and validation.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
• Expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, regulatory compliance, and core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Close).
