Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead agile teams delivering scalable, high-performing mobile and web applications.
- Oversee solution design, coding standards, and review processes for digital releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Integrate APIs and AI capabilities to enhance user and operational experiences.
- Ensure project governance, delivery excellence, and continuous platform improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- 15+ years' experience in full-stack or mobile/web development projects.
- Proven track record leading digital or AI-driven product implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud, APIs, and agile delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
