As a Junior Project Manager, you'll work closely with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical ICT systems. You'll play a vital role in project execution - coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring successful delivery of complex system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating between infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
• Lead and manage project activities including planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Present project updates and technical progress during monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
• Oversee engineering teams in reviewing, designing, and implementing new and existing systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and network failures.
• Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure schedule and technical alignment.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT project management or technical coordination.
• Strong understanding of IT system management and integration.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Experience working with government processes or policies is an advantage.
