Assist daily support for IT related matter

Setup printers, computers and basic router

Perform troubleshooting assistance to customer from office or at customer sites

Support and build good relationships with customers

Job Requirement

Basic knowledge in TCP/IP

Familiar with Windows Environment

Basic knowledge in Computer Accessories and Peripherals

Willing to learn and be trained

Minimum of Diploma/Degree in IT/Computing/relevant discipline

Entry level and fresh graduate are welcome to apply
