Job Title: Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Manager
Contract: 2 years (with optional extension up to 1 year)
Commencement: January 2026

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced IDD Managers to drive digital transformation in the built environment sector. You will play a key role in implementing and managing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) practices, leveraging advanced digital tools and technologies to improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Employer's Information Requirements (EIR).
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and OPTIMUS platform.
• Conduct BIM model quality checks and ensure data standardization.
• Promote IDD through digital technologies such as VDC, drones, LiDAR, and AI.
• Support corporate digital projects and innovation initiatives.

Qualification Requirements:
Candidates should meet at least one of the following routes:

Degree Route:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in implementing IDD, BIM, digital construction technologies, or digital project delivery.

Diploma Route:

• Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction, built environment, or digital technologies, with substantial experience in IDD, BIM, or digital project delivery.

Certification Route:

• Tier 2 Lead certification (or higher) from the Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme by buildingSMART Singapore, or equivalent certification.
• Relevant practical experience.

Salary Range (SGD, monthly):

• Degree route: SGD 6,500 - 8,500
• Diploma route: SGD 5,500 - 7,000
• Certification route: SGD 6,500 - 8,500 (depending on experience and level of certification)
