IT Project & Change Management Specialist (Electronics Manufacturing)

- Oversee IT projects and change requests within an electronics manufacturing environment, maintain the IT project master list, and provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and status.
- Assign IT request references, review changes to business process flows, perform initial IT risk and dependency assessments, and coordinate with requestors and the DevOps team.
- Translate customer and internal manufacturing requirements into functional specifications and assist in implementing solutions for MES, ERP, and other business systems.
- Communicate IT project and change management progress to stakeholders, contribute to IT solution design, and support backup system development.
- Identify system gaps and dependencies through detailed analysis, assist with SIT execution, coordinate UAT with production and business teams, and ensure quality IT deliverables.
- Work closely with global IT teams (SAP, B2B, GSCM, WMS, etc.) for root cause analysis, testing, and issue resolution, while liaising with manufacturing operations.
- Partner with support and development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement bug fixes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, drafting functional specifications, and implementing IT systems in a manufacturing context.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Java programming and understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Experience in IT systems for electronics manufacturing or MES environments is highly preferred.
