About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for packaging products. The successful candidate will oversee the QA team, ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system in line with ISO, GMP, or relevant industry standards.
• Oversee daily quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, and finished product testing.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage, mentor, and develop the QA team to strengthen skills and efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to maintain consistent quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Packaging, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or assurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
