We're Hiring - Digital Marketing Assistant / Executive

Looking for a proactive, organized, and independent team player to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide information on company services
• Perform administrative tasks related to logistics and monetary events
• Handle office and showroom admin and sales tasks
• Conduct weekly checks at all external warehouses
• Work closely with warehouse personnel on-site during visits
• Ensure all work is completed with strong attention to detail and high standards
• Adapt to changing work environments and support the team as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Facebook, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu
• Proficient in organizing live broadcasting, video shooting and editing
• Proficient in preparing monthly promotion campains and posters
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive and adaptable mindset
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication & people skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays (weekday off provided)
