Key Responsibilities:

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

∙ Lead administration and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

∙ Implement best practices for cloud security, performance, and cost management. ∙ Integrate and manage hybrid infrastructure combining on-prem and cloud systems. ∙ Work with 3rd party vendor to operate our multi cloud infrastructure with Azure, 0365 and AWS.

On-Premises Server Management

∙ Oversee operations of Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print, WSUS).

∙ Perform patching, backup, capacity planning, and disaster recovery management.

∙ Ensure server infrastructure is highly available, secure, and compliant.

Networking & Security

∙ Manage and troubleshoot networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls). ∙ Support LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewall policies.

∙ Work with information security teams to enforce network hardening, monitoring, and compliance.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

∙ Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and OEMs.

∙ Oversee contracts, SLAs, and service escalations.

∙ Ensure vendor services are aligned with business and compliance requirements.

∙ Develop infrastructure roadmaps, policies, and SOPs.

∙ Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, MAS TRM, etc.).

∙ Drive effective incident, problem, and change management processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8 years of IT Infrastructure experience
• Strong hands-on experience with: AWS Cloud services, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Networking devices and firewall support (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability in hybrid (cloud + on-premises) infrastructure management.
• Proven vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based operations and incident/problem/change processes.
