Job Requirements

Minimum Education:

• Full-Time Diploma or recognized Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Security, or related field.
• Certification in AWS Practitioner or higher is a MUST .
• Certification in CCNA is a MUST .

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience with Palo Alto Firewall and VPN (GlobalProtect) configurations.
• Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem Management etc.).
• Basic cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
• Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
• minimum 2 years of relevant experience specifically with Palo Alto Firewall and VPN configuration

Preferred:

• Certifications in networking or cloud (e.g., CCNA, PCNSA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner ).
• Experience with endpoint protection tools and policies.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust or network segmentation principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Positive working attitude and passionate in information security
• Good understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices for protecting cloud resources and data.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain technology from a customer perspective.
• Good communication, team player and written skills.
