Network Operations Engineer (12-hour shift) - 2 roles - 1 day shift, 1 night shift

An exciting Network Operations Engineer role is now open within a fast-growing global technology company known for its innovation in digital infrastructure.

Job Purpose:
Ensure reliable network operations and service continuity through proactive monitoring and quick issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage network performance to ensure stable, uninterrupted connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to minimize network downtime.
• Maintain accurate updates in ticketing systems throughout incident resolution.
• Stay current with new network tools, technologies, and operational best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or relevant field with hands-on experience.
• Experience in NOC, ISP, Telecom, or Data Center network operations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting network issues.
• Familiar with routing, switching, and optical network technologies (e.g., Juniper, Ciena).
• Good communication, detail-oriented mindset, and readiness to work in dynamic environments.
