We're looking for a motivated Cloud Administrator / Operations Support Engineer to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you'll support cloud and network operations with a strong focus on security, reliability, and continuous improvement. You'll work hands-on with Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and AWS services to help maintain a secure and resilient cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Palo Alto Firewall and VPN (GlobalProtect) configurations across environments.
• Operate and monitor AWS networking services including VPCs, NAT Gateways, Load Balancers, and routing policies.
• Ensure network and endpoint security compliance within cloud and on-prem systems.
• Assist in incident, change, and problem management following ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and strengthen cloud security.
• Maintain accurate documentation, system logs, and operational reports for audits and governance.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Security, or related discipline.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher) and CCNA certification are required.
• Practical experience in managing Palo Alto Firewalls, VPNs, and AWS networking tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint protection tools, Zero Trust, or network segmentation principles.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about cloud security, compliance, and continuous learning.
