The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client's digital initiatives and maximize online revenue. In this role, you will design and implement strategies that align with business priorities while ensuring an exceptional digital customer experience. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including external agencies, to develop and optimize their online presence, drive traffic, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate online brand presence and luxury positioning across web, social media, and global digital platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end e-commerce strategy to drive direct bookings, online revenue growth, and conversion optimisation.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, display, programmatic).
  • Manage CRM and digital customer lifecycle through targeted email marketing and personalised campaigns.
  • Oversee website performance, UX enhancements and content optimisation to deliver a premium digital experience.
  • Analyse digital performance metrics and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Develop compelling digital storytelling that strengthens brand affinity and guest engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Brand Marketing teams to align digital strategy with commercial goals.
  • Manage agency relationships, campaign budgets, timelines, and performance tracking.

What You'll Bring
• At least 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in SEM/SEO management and email marketing.
• A sharp analytical mind, with the ability to interpret website performance metrics (i.e Google Analytics) and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Experience in navigating international markets and implementing global campaigns is a big plus.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
