Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data centre infrastructure systems including power, cooling, servers, and network equipment.
• Perform regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for startup, shutdown, and maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to system alerts, incidents, and outages to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with engineering and IT teams for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Manage physical access control and maintain detailed operation logs.
• Support installation, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Singaporean / PR Only
• 1-3 years of experience in data centre operations, IT infrastructure, or facility management (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome).
• Familiarity with server hardware, UPS systems, cooling systems, and network devices.
• Basic understanding of virtualization, monitoring tools, and incident management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Be on rotation standby for After Office Hour and Weekend/PH emergency
