*Entry Level* Cloud Security Analyst

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Location: Central
• Remuneration: Up to $4,800

We are looking for a proactive and curious Cloud Security Analyst to join our security team. You will assist in safeguarding cloud applications, endpoints, and enterprise systems, while gaining hands-on experience with modern security tools, vulnerability management, and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems and assist in detecting potential security threats or vulnerabilities.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls across cloud and endpoint environments.
• Assist in security audits, compliance checks, and reviewing vulnerability and penetration testing reports.
• Contribute to documentation, root cause analysis, and security incident reporting.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on architecture assessments and security operations tasks.
• Participate in rotational after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of security concepts such as access control, identity management, encryption, and SaaS hardening.
• Exposure to Linux, shell scripting, or general programming is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Awareness of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., OWASP, SSDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Motivation to learn and develop hands-on skills in cloud security.
• Security certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, CompTIA Security+) are a bonus.
