Work Location: Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

• Work with End Users to iversee the operations and maintenance activities for data network systems.
• Manage Vendors in conducting fault analysis, problem resolution, preventive maintenance, obsolescence management, change management and vulnerabilities tracking, patch management, etc.
• Engage End Users for first level investigation and troubleshooting of network faults/issues,scheduling of onsite activities, and manage vendors to address incidents in a timely manner and perform onsite activities.
• Review vendor's monthly reports and provide summary reports to System Managers
• Review Vendor's service requests and deliverables for operational and preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in core network support and maintenance, risk assessment, change requests, tech refresh, vulnerabilities assessment, patching, etc.
• CCNA Preferred
• Hands-on experience with firewall, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP/IP networking, etc. will be advantageous.
• Prior working experience in defence organisations or government ministries requiring security clearance is highly preferred.
