Location : Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Configure and monitor AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
• Manage network-related incidents and service requests
• Work with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.

Requirements

• Experience in AWS Cloud platform.
• Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
