You'll be part of the NI FN ASO & ID CE team, which is part of NI FN RBC APAC. We work in a diversified environment and serve Nokia customers in Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities / Functions:

• \tBuild up knowledge in FN products (GPON, XGSPON, AMS, Lightspan, Altiplano, FWAC & 4G/5G FWA CPE, Wifi Beacons, etc)

• \tSmooth execution of new product introduction, customer acceptance testing, network integration, upgrade/retrofit and field trial/demos

• \tLead, plan and organize technical activities involving internal and external stakeholders when assigned as TPM of project

• \tWork with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve product defects and new feature requirements

• \tPrepare and deliver project progress reports, customized documents (MOP)/presentations for technical activities and clarifications of critical issues.

• \tComplete the project closure and / or handover as required.

Qualifications:

• \tAt least 1 year experience working for a telecom provider or telecom System Integrator

• \tMinimum Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/Technology/Network Engineering or equivalent education

• \tGood knowledge in xPON techonlogies, IP routing, Linux System Management

• \tProven ability to work independently, deploying, testing and troubleshooting systems

• \tFamiliarity with networking test tools (Spirent Test Center, IPerf, Wireshark, etc)

• \tGood to have knowledge in OSS/BSS integration, SNMP, SDAN, Netconf/Yang, Cloud Computing and 5G

• \tAble to learn new technology quickly and always able to adapt to changes

• \tGood in sharing knowledge and support others with strong expertise and technical insight

• \tExperienced in handling customer requirements and identifying possible solutions

• \tStrong interpersonal, presentation, troubleshooting and leadership skills

• \tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
