Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Identify and track new business opportunities, tenders, and RFPs across public and private sectors using platforms such as TenderBoard, SeasMI, GeBIZ, and SAP NBD.
- Coordinate end-to-end proposal preparation by engaging delivery, finance, and technical teams to ensure high-quality and compliant submissions.
- Develop and maintain bid documentation, standard templates, and credentials repositories to ensure consistency and adherence to submission requirements.
- Ensure compliance, formatting accuracy, and timely submission of all proposals.
- Support pricing analysis, commercial documentation, and post-submission follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a central tender tracker for reporting, insights, and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging clients, sectors, and partnership opportunities within SAP, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure Services.
- Assist in preparing marketing decks, capability statements, and pitch materials that align with Smart IMS' positioning.
- Support CRM data management and reporting to maintain pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Represent Business Development in internal and client-facing meetings, driving bid readiness and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with digital and IT teams to enhance tender management and contract/client management platforms.
- Support testing, feedback, and rollout of new digital tools or workflow automation initiatives.
- Generate dashboards and analytical reports on bid performance, win rates, and market dynamics.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline collaboration, reporting, and knowledge management across teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in project management, operations, or business enablement, ideally within IT services, technology, or enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate RFPs, proposals, and bid processes across cross-functional teams.
- Strong command of project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with CRM, tender management, or business workflow platforms.
- Solid data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or other visualisation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows, monitor KPIs, and automate reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, digital transformation, or service delivery lifecycle is preferred.
