Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Manager to lead our digital initiatives and oversee key company operations. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution in digital product development, user experience, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital product initiatives, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee digital strategy, including UX/UI enhancements, product roadmaps, and technology adoption.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and marketing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.
• Contribute to company management decisions and business growth strategies.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital product management and company operations in ASEAN, and or China
• Minimum 5 year in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to liaise with stakeholders in China.
• Experience in budget planning and project execution.
