IT Engineer

- Supporting end-to-end server infrastructure projects, including deployment, racking, cabling, and configuration in data centers
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware and related components
- Assist in product rollouts, validation testing, and performance reporting
- Perform routine checks and diagnostics on hardware and systems
- Support field deployment and onsite troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate service logs, documentation and reports for project tracking
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Provide on-site support at client locations when required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, IT or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support or field service
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Require occasional after-hours support (including weekends) on-site and on-call availability
- Willing to travel within Singapore or overseas occationally for installation and support assignments
- Fresh graduates with relevant IT Support/System Engineer internship experience are welcome to apply
