Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team and support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building solutions within the ServiceNow platform and will play a key role in automating IT service management (ITSM) and other business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Design and implement solutions for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as needed.
• Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development and security best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with other developers and teams to integrate ServiceNow with external systems (via REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.).
• Maintain documentation related to application development, system configurations, and customizations.
• Support platform upgrades and new feature rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Experience with at least one core module: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and integration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in an agile environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required or in progress.
• Additional certifications such as:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD Implementation Specialist
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization.
• Experience with performance tuning and ServiceNow instance health monitoring.
