Position: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack online orders for dispatch.
• Receive and carry out stock takes for new and existing inventory.
• Handle order fulfilment on e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell.
• Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly content.
• Develop and implement basic digital marketing activities, including social media content creation, promotional campaigns, and community engagement.
• Monitor and report on online sales performance and customer engagement to identify areas for optimisation.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Carousell) is strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g. SEO, social media content, email marketing, product photography).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and basic e-commerce or marketing platforms for order processing and content creation.

• Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Salary:

$2300 - $2700
