Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in building a career in marketing, digital media, and creative design. You'll assist in executing digital campaigns, creating marketing visuals, and supporting social media and online marketing activities.

Key Duties

• Conduct database calls and follow up with customers
• Handle online inquiries via company website and email campaigns
• Design and edit digital assets: banners, videos, newsletters, posters, and event materials
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and website
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Assist in marketing events, exhibitions, and roadshows
• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Good understanding of social media platforms and online marketing trends
• 1 year of marketing or graphic design experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude
