We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer lead (Level 3) to support cloud infrastructure for Commercial and Singapore Government-appointed agency operating across commercial cloud platforms.

This role requires experiences managing multi-cloud environments predominantly on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Operations - AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, GCC+.
• Operating System Lifecycle & Patch Management - Lead OS patching operations across RHEL (v8 to v10) and Windows Server (20162025), Linux administration with deep expertise in Wintel Operating System patching and management.
• Application Deployment & Troubleshooting - Windows and Linux operating systems
• Security & Compliance
• Container & DevSecOps - (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, AKS, GKE), DevSecOps practices (SHIP-HATS), CI/CD pipeline operations.
• ITIL & Service Management - Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Tool Integration & Observability
• Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on cloud experience expetise supporting Cloud platforms - AWS. Azure, GCP, GCC.
• Experise with Infrastructure as Code (laC) - Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience with ITIL practices, ITSM ticketing systems.
• Experience with application deployment and OS-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Mentoring and leading junior engineers
• Normal working hours + Experience in 24/7 operational support environments with shift rotation
• Understanding of Singapore Government technology standards and frameworks (e.g., SHIPHATS, IM8 Policy)

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect -Associate / Professional
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (preferred)
