My client is looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy individual to support a data integrity and system enhancement initiative within the Workday HR system. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various employee information records.
Key Responsibilities:
• \tPerform comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation in Workday, focusing on employee information across multiple data fields, including:
- Educational qualifications
- Professional certifications
- Learning and development records
- Other relevant data attributes
• \tVerify employee information through:
- Direct engagement with staff to validate and update data
- Cross-referencing records with source documents to ensure accuracy
- Identifying and resolving data gaps or discrepancies
• \tSupport process improvements and assist with ad-hoc administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• \tBachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• \tAt least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably involving HR systems or data management.
• \tExperience with Workday will be an advantage.
• \tProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working across multiple IT platforms.
• \tStrong attention to detail, good analytical ability, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
