Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Cloud Service Delivery - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational excellence.
  2. Incident and Problem Management - Lead incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize service disruptions.
  3. Service Monitoring and Optimization - Utilize tools like CloudWatch and Azure Monitor to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure system health.
  4. Continuous Improvement - Drive initiatives to enhance service efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization through automation and process enhancements.
  5. Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  6. Service Reviews and Reporting - Conduct periodic service reviews, preparing detailed reports on SLAs, KPIs, incidents, and improvement plans.
  7. Resource and Capacity Planning - Manage cloud resources and capacity planning to support scalability and optimal service performance.
  8. Governance and Compliance - Ensure all cloud services comply with internal standards, ITIL processes, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Security and Risk Management - Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain security controls, remediate vulnerabilities, and enforce data protection policies.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to align service delivery with organizational goals.

Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4-5 years in service delivery management and 3 years in cloud service delivery or operations.
  3. Strong hands-on understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms, including performance monitoring tools.
  4. Proven track record in managing production environments, incident response, and change management processes.
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  6. Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience handling enterprise clients.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  8. Familiarity with ITIL processes, DevOps practices, and cloud governance frameworks.
  9. Understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and risk management within cloud environments.
  10. Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and perform effectively in dynamic or fast-paced settings.
