Responsibilities
Requirements
- To support the daily network operations and support (Types of Support: Phone, Email, Remote and On-site)
- Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support (including HQ and remote office operations).
- Processing firewall change requests.
- Reviewing and housekeeping the VPN and firewall rules.
- Coordinating with third parties on site-survey, installations
- Installing and configuring network equipment.
- Coordinating with vendor for LAN rooms cleaning & Network Cablings
Requirements
- at least 3 years' experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects.
- Professional certification(s) in Network Infrastructure
