We're looking for a Lead ServiceNow Specialist to champion the Customer Service Management (CSM) module-serving as the in-house subject matter expert for platform architecture, configuration, and performance.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the internal SME for ServiceNow CSM, owning both functional design and technical implementation
- Deep-dive into application layers to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve logic defects in scripts and configurations
- Configure and enhance CSM modules while ensuring scalability and best practices
- Evaluate issues across multiple layers (UI, Business Rules, Workflows) to ensure full-stack stability
- Support DevOps in CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Keep up with trends and recommend new tools or approaches
- Collaborate across teams to align solutions with business needs
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of proven expertise in ServiceNow, with deep experience in the CSM module
- Strong understanding of both functional workflows and technical configuration within the platform.
- Ability to identify, trace, and resolve logic-level issues in scripts and customisations
- Confident with platform design, scripting, integration, and DevOps alignment
- Java/backend experience is a plus
- Experience working with AWS services and cloud-based integration
- Certifications in AWS and ServiceNow are a bonus
