The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical developers-translating business needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring successful delivery of HR workflows and ServiceNow enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements for the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization within the HR Service Delivery framework.
- Support ServiceNow configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with HR processes and data security requirements.
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow HRSD catalogs, case management, lifecycle events, and knowledge management modules.
- Collaborate with developers and platform owners to enhance existing features and implement new functionalities.
- Facilitate UAT sessions, provide training documentation, and support change management and adoption activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data governance, and platform best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in ServiceNow, with at least 2 years focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (case management, onboarding, lifecycle events, employee relations).
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, data models, and integrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and clear documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments preferred.
