Job Responsibilities

1. Business Intelligence Solution Development

- Design BI tools and visualization dashboards based on business needs (e.g., sales forecasting, user profiling, supply chain optimization)

- Develop automated data reporting systems integrated with tools like Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight

- Explore innovative AI+BI applications (e.g., intelligent alerts, predictive analytics)

3. Data Governance and Quality Control

- Establish data standards and metadata management frameworks

- Monitor data quality and design anomaly detection and remediation mechanisms

- Collaborate with information security teams to ensure data compliance

4. Business Enablement and Collaboration

- Collaborate deeply with marketing/operations/finance departments to identify data-driven business growth opportunities

- Regularly deliver data insight reports to support scientific decision-making at management levels a

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Proficient in SQL/Python/Scala; familiar with Hadoop/Spark/Flink ecosystem

3. Over 3 years of data warehouse development experience; led at least 2 end-to-end BI projects.

4. BI project experience in automotive/smart manufacturing/consumer electronics (ECARX focus areas)

Knowledge of OEM supply chain management or telematics data analysis is a plus

5. Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills to rapidly identify business pain points

6. Data sensitivity with insight to identify business opportunities through data

7. Proficient in English as a working language.
