- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement exercises (RFI, ITQ, ITT), including preparation of specifications, evaluation, contract negotiation, and award approvals.
- Oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Perform solution analysis, product evaluation, and procurement to ensure chosen solutions meet business requirements.
- Apply project management best practices to plan, structure, execute, and report on assigned IT projects with quality and compliance.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, and change requests, escalating when necessary to minimize impact.
- Ensure vendor performance against contractual obligations and service levels.
- Maintain compliance with IT policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT with CITPM or PMP certification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare or digital services; ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
