Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Expertise
- Analyze large-scale, complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Build advanced statistical models, predictive models, and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and inform business strategy.
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using advanced features of tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Conduct root cause analysis of business problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and business leaders to translate analytical insights into actionable initiatives.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are strictly followed.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Expert-level SQL, including query optimization and working with large-scale databases.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or similar platforms.
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) with the ability to create dynamic dashboards for executive management.
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
