Key Responsibilities
Core Requirements
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from scoping to delivery.
- Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform complex statistical and predictive modeling to solve high-impact business challenges.
- Deliver executive-level insights through advanced visualization and storytelling.
- Develop frameworks for data quality, governance, and compliance across multiple platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Finance) to integrate insights into strategic initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior analysts in advanced analytics practices.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in advanced analytics roles.
- Expert-level SQL (window functions, query optimization, working with billions of rows).
- Proven expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R for statistical and predictive modeling.
- Experience with big data ecosystems: Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Presto, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Demonstrated ability to build forecasting models, clustering, and regression analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) with custom scripting and automation.
