Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Analyst / Programmer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency through business analysis, process automation, and AI integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and user requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and resolve business and system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously enhance and optimize existing workflows and systems.
• Modify and maintain existing systems to improve performance and usability.
• Integrate AI solutions to streamline and advance business operations.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience in business analysis and familiarity with various business frameworks.

• Proficiency in Office 365 applications and services.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, especially Power Automate.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and integration methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
