Key Responsibilities:
Requirements / Skillset:
- Lead the agile application development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of Identity Management and User Access Control systems.
- Drive project execution to meet scope, timeline, budget, and contract specifications, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved across internal teams and subcontractors.
- Provide coaching and guidance on Agile practices to development teams, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
- Facilitate regular project reviews, progress meetings, and sprint ceremonies, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly project updates to leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments to support smooth and efficient agile delivery.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to align deliverables with strategic goals and evolving requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards in Identity Management and Access Control implementations.
Requirements / Skillset:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale IT application development or system modernization initiatives.
- Strong domain knowledge in Identity Management / User Access Control (IAM, RBAC, SSO, MFA, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects on the OutSystems platform (low-code development environment).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with experience leading agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage third-party vendors/subcontractors and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Professional certifications preferred:
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile certification.
OutSystems-related certification (e.g., OutSystems Associate/Professional Project Manager).
