Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
- Help prepare and update quality documents such as procedures, work instructions, and manuals.
- Assist in quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests, including Non-Destructive Testing (DPI, MPI) - must hold Level 2 certification.
- Record inspection results, track rework and defects, and enter data into the system.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to confirm product compliance.
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Monitor tools and equipment for safety and performance; report any issues.
- Work with the team to identify improvement areas using quality data and trends.
- Help with audits and inspections to maintain certifications and compliance.
- Provide basic quality training and guidance to staff when needed.
- Assist in evaluating supplier quality and maintaining quality agreements.
- Promote a culture of quality and support 5S practices to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality goals
Requirements:
- Diploma of any discipline
- Strong foundation in quality management principles, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and quality metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
