This position is a post-sales implementation role. You may involve handling a complete full cycle of implementation, or contributing to only specific phases, based on business needs and individual capability. Candidates with substantial experience may be considered for a Senior designation, where they can learn how to mentor junior team members and oversee solution delivery to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.

This role is a key part of our delivery team, contributing to the consistent provision of high-quality outcomes and serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Background

We are seeking a committed and adaptable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is either an experienced infrastructure Engineer that has experience in installing Enterprise Cybersecurity product, or a seasoned Information Technology (IT) professional looking to deepen their exposure to cybersecurity tools. Candidates should possess approximately three to five years of hands-on experience is ideal.

The successful candidate should be someone able to demonstrate a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities. Given the emerging nature of the security technologies we work with, the role requires a willingness to learn and adapt to new products within a compressed timeframe.

Given our business focus, we are only able to consider applications from Singaporean or Permanent Resident.

Qualification

1. Singaporean or Permanent Resident with ITE or Diploma in IT or Cyberseucrity

2. 1-3 years' experience in implementation experience of enterprise product

3. Candidate with prior experience in the following products are preferred:

a. Symantec/Trellix/Skyhigh/Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution

b. Symantec/Trellix Endpoint Protection (SEP) solution

c. Carbon Black EDR

d. Securiti Data Privacy Automation, Data Security Posture Management and GenAI under Data Command Center solution or similar products

4. Some experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure administration

5. Strong understanding of TCPIP, Internetworking, Firewalls, IDS and IPS

6. Some technical exposure in one or more of the following is preferred:

a. OS Administration: MS Windows, Linux, SUN Solaris, AIX or HP-UX

b. Technical experience in Microsoft or UNIX hardening will be an added advantage

c. Security Operation, Malware tracing and cleaning

7. Good interpersonal communication skill

8. Able to speak both Mandarin and English fluently

9. Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction

10. Passionate about learning new technology

11. Ability to pick up new technology with computer-based training within short-timeframe

12. Able to travel within South-East Asia

13. Vendors' product certification is an added advantage

14. Must be able to work without supervision

Duties

The expected duties of this role are as follow:

1. As a member of project team to

a. Provide support to senior in Assess and Design Workshop for customers

b. Carry out installation and configuration of the product purchased by customer

c. Conduct OS hardening according to Security Configuration Compliance Policy such as CIS benchmark

d. Conduct SIT, UAT and OAT

e. Create documentation

f. Develop ppt slides

2. To support Security Operation team

3. Attend training to get certified for selected enterprise products
