Key Responsibilities

Network Management

• Cable Management
• Switch/Router Management
• Firewall/ACL Management
• Computer Room Management

OA support

• PC / laptop / printer Management
• Software Management

General Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Undertake IT Project Support assigned by IT Manager
• Responsible for weekly and monthly IT reports submission

Job Specification

• Minimum Degree in Computer/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
• It will be an added advantage if you have CCNA and/or CCNP certificate
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Effective organizational skills
• Able to take initiative, a 'self-starters' who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems
• Applicants must be proficient in Chinese language to liaise with our Chinese counterparts.
