Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and support our network infrastructure. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in FortiGate firewalls, Checkpoint firewalls, and Cisco L2/L3 networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls.
• Configure and support Checkpoint firewalls.
• Manage and maintain Cisco Layer 2/Layer 3 devices (switches, routers).
• Monitor and optimize network performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Implement and manage firewall policies, VPNs, and security rules.
• Document network designs, configurations, and operational processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls (FortiGate-14).
• Experience with Checkpoint firewalls (Checkpoint-2).
• Solid knowledge of Cisco L2/L3 technologies (routing, switching, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, STP).
• Proficient in network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of VPN, NAT, IPS/IDS, and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE.
• Experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, and WAN optimization.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Ansible).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-6 years of relevant network engineering experience.
