Solutions Consultant (Presales) - Cloud & Virtualization

We're looking for an experienced IT professional with strong pre-sales expertise who enjoys engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and showing how modern solutions can make a difference.

Job Purpose:
You'll deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations, while also supporting solution design and implementation to ensure successful adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and training to clients and partners.
• Implement and configure solutions across Microsoft 365, cloud, and virtualization platforms.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, upgrades, and solution enhancements when needed.
• Support customers throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring adoption and success.
• Work closely with international teams to bring value to client projects.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years' IT experience in cloud, virtualization, or application monitoring.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Citrix, and VMware (required).
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles, explaining technical ideas clearly.
• Keen to learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, or VMware are a big plus.
