Summary:

We are seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to lead the successful technical execution of projects and initiatives across our enterprise platforms. You will play a crucial role in aligning technical solutions with business objectives, managing risks, and ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of changes across the technology landscape.

Responsibility:

• Partner with the Change Lead to evaluate, prioritise, and manage technical change requests aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Define and implement technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across delivery teams.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology changes across application teams.
• Collaborate with Level 3 Application Change and architecture teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and meet enterprise standards (security, compliance, performance).
• Develop and manage technical implementation plans, including production cutovers and post-deployment support.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact technical delivery.
• Coordinate with QA teams to support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and application security assessments.
• Manage Level 3 support and ensure timely resolution of critical production issues.
• Track and report delivery progress, technical KPIs, and risk metrics to Project and Change leadership.
• Ensure delivery tracking tools are up to date and accurate for stakeholder reporting.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding delivery timelines, challenges, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Project and Product Managers to align technology initiatives with strategic priorities.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Security or related certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project or delivery management roles.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects across large-scale enterprise systems.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance, or payments) preferred.
• Strong understanding of application architectures, cloud platforms, and security principles in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or DevOps delivery models.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in high-stakes environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
