We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives that drive data-driven decision-making. This role is key in developing predictive AI models, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring data governance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalise AI/ML models for forecasting and analytics.
• Partner with IT and leadership teams to design data and AI solutions.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and provide strategic insights.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring integrity and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, including external vendors.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and embed best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years' experience in data science/analytics with leadership exposure.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and ML frameworks.
• Experience in MLOps, ETL, and API concepts.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
