You'll monitor and support F5 load balancers, firewalls, and network security systems, helping ensure smooth operations across our IT infrastructure.

Reponsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot F5 load balancers and firewall devices.
• Resolve network/security issues or escalate them to the right teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions.
• Work closely with senior engineers to implement changes and improvements.

Experience:

• 2+ years of IT experience, including 1+ year in a Command Centre or similar operations role.
• CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) certification required.
• CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ preferred.
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification required.
• Hands-on experience with F5 and firewall technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.
