Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client-facing marketing initiatives. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms while also maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both digital strategy and face-to-face interactions, including attending client meetings on-site when required.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients.
• Regularly interact with clients through phone calls, emails, zoom and face-to-face meetings, including weekly on-site visits when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clients, the services provided, and the results achieved.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and solution-focused manner.
• Conceive and develop efficient, data-driven, and intuitive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Organize and oversee digital advertising and communication campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate trends.
