Job Responsibilities :

-Design & Visual Storytelling, proactively generate new ideas.

-Strategies, plan content calendars, and develop social media content, including copywriting captions, storyboarding, scripting reels, filming, and post-video editing.

-Work closely with creative team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

-Manage community interactions by responding to customer queries and escalating issues appropriately on social media pages.

-Conduct research for social media outreach or new business proposals

-Create simple video content for social, such as Instagram or Facebook and etc

- Bring fresh energy and ideas into weekly creative discussions

Job requirement:

-Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing and social mediaor equivalent.

- A portfolio that showcases strong design fundamentals and an eye for layout, typography, and colour

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AI software and, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with content trends on Instagram/TikTok, and how brands tell stories online
