Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Manager to design, implement, and manage enterprise IT/OT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The role requires strong technical expertise in servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) , with proven leadership in IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of IT/OT infrastructure solutions ( servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking).
• Define project deliverables, assign roles, and manage project schedules, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and performance optimization.
• Conduct technical evaluation of infrastructure solutions, including cost/benefit analysis and vendor selection.
• Ensure system availability, resilience, security, and compliance in all IT/OT solutions.
• Manage and mentor technical engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver projects effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, experience in IT infrastructure and project management.
• Hands-on expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, VPN, load balancers, routers, switches).
• Familiar with monitoring tools (SolarWinds), data protection (Veritas), IAM (CyberArk), and vulnerability assessment (Nessus).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Dell EMC) are advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
