Cloud Service Delivery Manager

An excellent Cloud Service Delivery Manager position has opened to work with a highly experienced team.

Job Purpose:
Ensure reliable and efficient cloud service delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous operational improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cloud service delivery, ensuring SLAs, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee incidents, changes, and problems while driving operational stability and improvements.
• Monitor cloud performance using tools to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
• Build strong client relationships, provide insights, and align services with business needs.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and secure cloud operations with detailed reporting and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant technical field.
• 5+ years' service delivery experience, including 3 years in cloud operations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including monitoring and incident management.
• Familiarity with DevOps, ITIL, automation tools, and cloud cost optimization practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills to manage cross-functional teams.

The successful Cloud Service Delivery Manager must possess strong cloud expertise, client management skills, and proven leadership in service delivery.
